Starting issue

im bringing my wb v8 out of storage and im having a few issues with the restart
It will start if i prime the carb it will start, run for a few seconds then die
So far ive
Replaced fuel pump
Put fresh fuel in
Replaced spark plugs

Have you checked for fuel flow? Blocked filter or blocked line.

Yes i can see it pull fuel into the filter

Did it come out of the filter?

Not sure, its a bit hard to tell.
When i start the car the engine fires then dies

So undo the fuel line from the carby and see if it pumps into a container.

yes its getting fuel to the carb

Check the floats?
Blown the Jets out?

If fuels dried in the system and the pump went bad from gum. You may have floats stuck and bowls not actually filling. Or a gummed passage.
