In other news, picked up a set of genie extractors this weekend. When I actually get around to installing them will be a different story (need the motivation to drop the rack etc).
I'm hoping this will give it a little more growl, if it doesn't I am going to look into smaller rear resonators to up the volume but keep the drone under control.

Open to suggestions on what others have used and recommend.

Picked up lots of bits this week thanks to James909.

* S3 garnish and tail lights.
* VR caprice leather console and radio surround.
* VS clear front indicators. (not fitted yet, still not 100% sold on the clear indicators but will try them and see what I think)
* Stand up bonnet badge.

Fit the garnish, tail lights and console today, but with it being 51 degrees in the garage I couldn't be bothered prepping the bonnet to drill holes etc for the badge.

Once again, excuse the crap pics, still waiting on work to approve my phone upgrade.

Now have the leather console & steering wheel....would love to find a set of leather VS statesman seats, not a big fan of the caprice seats but unfortunately it's hard to find them in good condition these days, Holden's pleather of the 90's just didn't last.

Cheers, it has completely transformed the car.

The car has always looked mint, thats why I bought it, but the daggy looking S1 garnish was holding it back.

Damn that looks good. I agree tint next and youve got yourself a mint cruiser

Yeah, going to get the tint and A/C regassed after summer, it's ridiculous how much the prices spike over the warmer months, much cheaper to just wait until it cools down and the prices drop off.
