Stato (99' WH) is being a ****, won't turnover even though I started it literally yesterday, all the lights on the inside are coming on (but turn off when I turn the key to actually start not just accessories) but it will not turn over thinking it may be a fuse or the starter motor, thought it may have been fuel pump but then realised it would turn over. battery Is fully charged btw not A complete nonce.. Holden guros please help

Clean all your battery, power and earth contact points.

Also check the voltage when cranking. Sometimes a battery may indicate it is fully charged but it lacks the ability to put out enough current to actually turn the motor over properly.

All the dash lights dimming when hitting the starter but the engine not turning over is indicating a low voltage.

I recently replaced a battery with the same symptoms.
Pretty much any mechanic can carry out a LOAD test on your battery. Usually connects a load which you set at approx half the CCA rating on your battery as marked and then tests to see if it will hold that load for a period of time or quickly diminishes in which case you will need a new battery. Faulty batteries can support light loads such as instument clusters but die when engaging the starter.
The load test stresses the battery to show intermittent faults and dead cells.
