    Hey all

can someone tell me how, or at least how hard is it too, replace the high pressure steering hose on VZ?

Mine is leaking apparantly. The mechanic was carrying on about how its tricky to replace because of the way its routed.

I know how much for a new hose, just wondering how hard is it to replace, can I do it myself under the carport on the weekend or am I best off giving it to them to play around with? Its not the acctual unfit and fit of the hose thats worrying me, its trying to route the damn thing without having it up on a hoist.

as said above is yours out of warrenty because the power steering has a common leak which holden knows about and they replace it under warrenty..

also are you sure its not a hose clamp because they are the common thing that cause the leak. which was what failed on my car
