Hi there i have a vz commodore v6 station wagon. I removed the original Blaupunkt radio/cd player while awaiting my new cd player. Hating driving with no music i reinstalled it. Immediately after, none of the steering wheel controls now work previously they were
I checked resistance on the loom in the car at the radio while pressing vol buttons etc and nothing changes. No readings. I gather when you press the buttons they send a differing resistance
Could someone please point me in the right direction to find out what is going on. Do they run on a seperate fuse? Not that i can see one? Plus all other electrics work

Not sure by what you mean about "second remote loom" But as i said ,once i slid the original radio/cd back in everything worked except any control buttons on the steering wheel. Which were working fine a week before when i pulled it out
