    Hey guys,

What are the chances of getting a later model commodore steering wheel onto my VR? Im interested in putting a HSV VX steering wheel on, or similar. It is possible (maybe through use of a boss kit) or am i better off going an aftermarket one?

    Cheers

i know for a fact that the vy-vz the spline is different, and you need to change over your whole column n what not.. also the indicator toggles are different and need modifying.. i've briefly looked into this and from what i've been told its not as easy as it looks, but can be done, seen a few cars at car shows that have em.. as far as vx, because its very similar in shape and the same chasis, i imagine it would be the same situation. could be wrong thou.

your prolly better off goin aftermarket providing u dont have an airbag. the only thing is u'll have an airbag in the vx wheel that wont be connected to anything. i dont think it should be a problem but u never know.
