Is it possible to fit a VY/VZ steering wheel onto a VN?

As a straight swap, no. Different steering column spline size, different horn contact setup, different indicator self-cancel setup etc.
    Cheers

at a guess you would have to change the complete column & steering rack, get an auto elec to do the wiring and theres bound to be mods to make aswell would cost heaps to do, just not worth it.

Yes, it can be done. You will need to get the top half of the shaft remade to take the VY wheel. Expensive though.
