I’m bit lost what you want but all fluids MUST be correct as per your books that came with the car.........Have you read and understand then?
Correct engine oil, 5-30 and RED coolant is VERY important to use.

Empty then refill with RED coolant as per your books.
Have you read them? And it must be done every 5 years.

He's after instructions for a complete coolant drain & refill (probably a flush if that's possible with home tools?).

So you need instructions to do a coolant change on both a VE and VF V6?
