speaking of Elasoplast. Ripped a band aid off a finger today.. stuck like **** to the blanket as they say and reopened the cut... off course, I realize this after my fingers go into the petrol.

Was a first aider at work years ago.
Applied a band aid (Elastoplast) to a fellow slacker's finger. He didn't know he was allergic to the sticky bit.
Never mind the cut, his finger broke out in a rash.

I've had similar last week with a dressing on my thigh. Gashed my leg open, got it cleaned up, stitched up and I'm good to go. A couple of hours later my wife is telling me off because I'm scratching at it... Turns out, similar to your fellow slacker.
