When I start my car my fuel gage does,nt move unless I thump the dash above, can it be fixed without replacing cause it still works?
Also after rain when I open my boot it leaks water into boot and on me if not ready. Can it be fixed?

Unless you want to go to a lot of trouble pulling the dash, checking connections and resoldering PCB joints and possible replacing the gauge with a questionable one from the wreckers, you probably better putting up with it. Try to zero the trip meter every time you fill so you have an idea of how much fuel you have - otherwise if necessary give the dash a gentle thump. Most times the gauge will gradually climb up by itself due to the vibration of the car.
Re the boot leak - your post seems to indicate the water is inside the bootlid and when you lift the lid it tips on you...is this correct?

This will fix the fuel gauge - solder up the 3 bits and the gauge should work.

Put some sealer on the rear garnish bolts.

If water is leaking into the bootlid id say either your tail lights or rear garnish (plastic strip between the tail lights) is letting the water in due to a faulty seal. Replace the seals or try some sealant on them.
