Sticky Throttle, how can i fix it ?

hey guys just got a little problem,
my throttle cable is sticky but it isnt sticky in the actual throttle body ?
and its quite annoying to drive with
is there any way to fix it ?

Could use a new accelerator cable too maybe, I have read about guys taking the brake cables off motorbikes that get a bit sticky and pull out the cable from the sleeve and give it a fine coat of oil using a rag and slipping it back in but either would work if its the cable sticking.

yeaah its deffs the cable sticking oh yeah never woulda thought of the motor bike cable haha, ive done that soop ive cleaned the whole thing the plenum chamber and the throttle body, but its still sticky so might look into a new cable
