in my vx series 2 i noticed sometimes wen i lets say open one of the passenger doors and press the lock button on my key the horn in the car beeps but only quickly and not very loudly and also if u lock the car and put it in accessory 1 in beeps the same mayb slightly louder.. but its happend twice where the car was locked and i opend the bonnet and afta a few minutes an alarm? started to go off and the horn kept beeping untill i opened the car.. and then today i locked my car but had the window open and i turned on my radio for a while and also had my bonnet open and afta a few minutes the alarm went off again.. but i dont think the car came with an alarm. anyone know wot cood be up???
It sounds like an alarm to me. Do you have a horn at the rear of the passenger's side strut tower? If so it probably has a stock alarm fitted.
yeh it does hav a horn there.. yeh it is an alarm but it doesnt work proply? only sometimes like i said in my thread. were it turns on after a while and all that.. wood anyone have any idea mayb to fix it or has anyone had the same problem?
