hi all,

ok stock for stock which one do you think/know will win in a drag, a VT Calais 195i vs VRSS (it's really an executive with the V8 option not a real SS.)

i know the VT's heavier by 300kg but it has an more kw and torque then the VR

It also depends a lot on the driver, the mechanical condition of each car, hubby beat a vr ss in our vt calais when it was stock, was damn close beat him by .2 sec, and I assure you I am not kidding myself :) (timeslips to prove it ;) )

It could all come down to how sticky the tires are on the VR, if hes got traction your gone :) very low 15's on the executive VR mid to more likely very high 15's on the VT. If the VR was a Calais it might be a bit closer but no chance against an executive.

Why do people ask stupid questions? It is like asking wether it will be sunny in on this day in 8 years time, perhaps it will, perhaps it won't. If you want these questions truly answered, take yourself and your mnates to te track and find out.
