stock exhaust was stainless 2.25, sedan ute different. Probably hard to find a good one these days being 20Yrs old.

A good aftermarket one should be pretty quite, 2 front mufflers and resonator style at rear

Funny you should say that I found an original vz ss ute exhaust that was taken off at around 20000kms a couple of weeks back and put it under my vz cause the factory 6 cyl exhaust was rusted out and falling apart

Almost dead silent being the SS twin middle mufflers and the single rear with 2 in 2 out size wise it's larger than the stock alloywreck so it does make some noise
Alloy wrecks with loud exhausts are the second most disgusting sounding thing right after Hondas with fart cannons
