Ok, Buy a new motor, VNV6... Strip it down and build it up with nice strong parts. Then swapsies them over and move the TB.

Then, new paint and custom leather interior.

Pow! Hot car.....

oh and a new aftermarket ECU with a full dyno tune.

Plan or what?? yeah!

The trouble is he allready got busted once for having the blower on the car so he wants something that goes as good or better without any police hassles

well im annoyed. turns out my pulley is 10 mm bigger than i thought. i took my bellmouth out, and my boost readings dropped from 10-11 psi down to 8. obviously a restriction. i think im gonna throw this pulley up on ebay and get myself a 10 psi pulley made up properly this time

Have a look at YUM-33Y's ride, basically done everything you just said.

I woudn't see it as a bad thing, you thought u were running 10 pound before, now when you WILL be running 10 pound you'll be going faster!!! :thumbsup:

-got a new motor somewhere at my brothers house. if i can be bothered. might still move the TB
-ill just do a bit of paint work, colour code the bumpers and get the rest of the SS kit on
-screw leather. vn calais velour is awesome. if anything, id go stato velour
-ECU. **** paying money for that. its a v6 lol. home tune FTW

Well, thats a bad statement in itself right there, you dont need a dyno to do a good tune on a car, all you need is a laptop, and a passenger who knows how to use it, or if you know how to use it, a driver who knows how to drive, i know my m8s holley projection injector kit we did like that went pretty damn hard, and it still has never pinged, and for a old red 308 getting about 27 - 28 MPG it must be pretty damn close on the economy tune we did too

You say s/c 6, well why not go a S/C 8, And as far as i know, my 5 liter is stock cept for hsv chip (so stock hsv) and im pretty sure i have about 150 160 rwKw. Dont underestimate a healthy 5 liter

Sorry to disappoint you but wont have 150-160rwkw, be lucky to push 130.
