    its literaly that easy, find a wire to tap into, (eg positive fuel, postive starter) cut the wires, run wires to the switch, and there you go :)

    Real sorry to hear about ya SSV

    I work for the COPS and these sort of crimes are out of control. Young kids / teenagers break into your house whilst your a work or sleeping in the night, take your money and keys, go either joy riding or in your case, (sorry to write) strip for parts and burn the rest destroying evidence. My best advice is keep a look out on Ebay, gumtree etc around your local area for parts from your vehicle.

    I totally agree about the Court system being soooooo soft. Young Offenders Act states if they admit guilt, we give them a caution...A FR*CKIN CAUTION!

    The poor victim's feel violated and robbed and these pest's get a "Your a naughty boy, don't do it again"....

    25 - 30 years ago, kids would have been caught, crap beaten out of them and dropped off at their parents house for round 2

    I'll be heading back towards Sunshine coast tommorrow from Calamvale so I will defiantly keep an eye out as I will go through a lot of the Brisibae area.

    If you catch them single handedly make sure you engage them in the 10 mins of brutal beating before you ring the cops. Courts will do jackshit apart from a fine which the mother will pay. We knocked one straight when we caught them trying to flog my dads ute. The courts are a playground these days.

    Hey guys

    sorry took so long to get back to this but been flat out with work and insurance companies.

    for pictures of my car search for BLue Magic- 2010 ssv g8 and itll come up. since those photos ive added a twin hump hard tonneau cover. otherwise its just internals that have been modified.

    its been a while since ive been on this site and i actually moved to springfield at the beginning of march so i might need to update my bio a bit

    worst part of all is that the scum tried mine and my partners credit cards at coles express servo on granard rd rocklea that morning around 6.30 and i told the cops about it because they would have their faces on at least one camera but they couldnt care less.

    so looks as though im in line for a payout figure as im one month outside the two year maximum for new car replacement.

    cant seem to catch a break anywhere

    They should have already given you your money, my grandparents statesman it stolen from the shopping centre, had the money from it within 2 weeks, if it's been this long there must be something wrong, it's a shame how people can do this, your worked your ass off to get it yet they just jump in an take your pride an joy :/ sucks about it being a G8 too :/ hope all goes well an turns out good

    Mate, that is like ripping your heart out, I know how I would feel. Arseholes did that to my son a few years ago, they took his spare keys, and din't even notice. The next night, they just walked in and took his car. They let these arseholes off to easy.

    Just thought id update.

    A week after it was stolen i got a speeding ticket in the mail 195 on 100 zone. And no it wasnt from me. Apart from that and the car going through some tolls havemt heard boo in all this time
