My car being owned by a country dude before me has a fair amount of small stone chips on the front bar...

what is the best way to clean them up the best?

Touch up paint (go to holden?) if so how much?

Cut and polish? what sort of polish?

You can go to any automotive paint place to mix a can of touchup or Holdens but you may end up with the front looking like it has a bad case of freckles. Polish will never fill the chips so thats not much use. Only proper way is to respray the panel for a good looking job which may not cost that much if you sand it back for them so that all they need to do is paint it.

i use a kitten cream polishing wax, it will literally take out scratches, swirls etc but it wont fill where there is missing paint
