Stop lights keep blowing

Over the past year I've had the left side stop light blow 2 time and now the right side is blown, is this common for the VX or would there be something causing the bulbs to blow and I'm using the Navara bulbs.

Been told it's a common fault, best I could suggest is to clean the connections of any corrosion/rust etc.

You haven't got the trailer wiring harness thrown in the spare wheel well and its full of water/shorting out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nope, no water anywhere and changed the bulb last night so its all great again.

just buy a v8 lol
Normal for me. I just keep a couple of spare bulbs in the car just in case.
