   can the top of the dash where the binnacle guages go be made into a storage compartment? is there anything aftermarket or genuine that turns it into a lid and box of some kind?

   I think that this compartment only fits on the VZ model, even though it has for a VY. Someone asked about this ages ago on this forum, and the answer is that it wouldnt fit a VY.
