Quickest that spring to mind is black lc torrie from Sydney that cracked 9's but more racecar than white car above.
Rob Flego(?) with lc torrie coupe did low 10's with triple webber 202/trimatic/banjo setup on gas...80's early 90's in Adelaide.
Nobody was crazy enough to persevere as long as he did developing setup like that or breaking so many parts...think it eventually did 9's with borgwarner diff lol
My 202 I had got down to 13.1 & considered very quick on streets...100% would have gone quicker if had not grown tired of breaking parts or had better knowledge about rear suspension etc like I do now.
