stroker/super charged?

i was wondering if it is possible to first stroke a L36 (ecotec V6) with a 4.2L stroker kit then super charge it with an M90 supercharger?? this would make one mighty sweet V6 if it is possible?? anyone know?

Yep, you just need to get the supercharged version of the stroker kit, a supercharged top end (heads manifold M90) ........

Just buy a super6 motor and stroke it. Saves so much trouble of part finding.

12 G out of pocket and you'd have a unique monsta motor !!! :thumbsup:

but you'd want to spend a couple more on porting the heads so it can breathe with those big lung cylinders... then maybe go a bigger huffer like the M112 to feed it.... but utimately a whipple would be the go....you could spend 20 G easy on such a motor.

hmmm, it sounds sooo tempting. you could probs get 300kw out of it easy with no other mods. i spose taling to an engine specialist would be the go. what would you suggest to do first out of 4.2L stroker and Super Charging?? any prefernece in order.

i dont know much bout cars but i wanna rebuild mine 1st den stroke it, if then im not bored with her and win lotto or sumthin id supecharge it.

or u could do the brakes first... better to be able to stop ur high powered engine than brakes not taking it

Buy a super 6 first and bolt that in... once you've done a few mods to that you may not bother with the stroking... they're plenty quick enough.

Stroking is alot of money for not much gain.

Over $6g for the boosted stroker kit from C.O.M.E. and that gives 220kw at the flywheel on a VS with extractors. ALOT of money for not much gain imo
