Stuck OBD2 Reader into my vehicle (HSV Clubsport) started car whilst connected now car running sick

Hi have a 2007 VE Clubsport, recently had cam put in, and has come off the dino in the last week.

Connected OBD to the vehicle to check fault code.
Without thinking I started the car with OBD still connected....now....car is running sick, not kicking over properly. Will only kick over if using a little bit of throttle. Have I fried my computer?? Revs are not the same..everything running fine before I used OBD2 into it.

All I'm looking for since its the weekend is opinions and suggestions, yes I know I've done something to it.

It's a feature the tuner used to try and stop people reading his tune.
I think the people that keep cam specs and tunes secret are 1: pulling them selves 2: retarded.

i doubt it is in the tune
some aftermarket obd readers corrupt the can signal
disconnect battery for 10 minutes,
i am sure it will be fine
had the same problem when i tried the early laptop programs
you should be able to run engine to check live data like O2 readings etc

I could be wrong in this case but some tuners put a feature in that sets the maps back to standard if the ECU thinks something is acsessing it.

@shane_3800 I highly doubt that's the case here. A simple obd reader can't modify anything to the ecu.

@countrylife trying following lout's recommendation of disconnecting the battery for a short period. Just so yiu know that some cheapy obd2 readers should not be used as their circuitary isn't up to scratch.

Discconected the battery. When driving the Revs are running high now. Going to take in for a re check . Also the OBD2 I have is not a cheapy at all cost me a bit.
