its got kings superlows all round, monroe GTgas shocks, whiteline 30mm front sway, and 22mm rear. the fronts high coz theres no engine or gearbox in it atm.

the rear springs have been chopped, i spoke to kings about it, i had the superlow comfort springs in the rear and i wanted it firmer, they said i could cut out the thinner top coils, it would lower it and stiffen it up. so i chopped two coils out and now it sits just nice and is actually quite firm in the bum.

edit: and also Kmac camber bolts on the front and nolathane ball joint swaybar links.

i built it. its half stato half R33 GTSt. iv just sold it too. to a fellow in VIC.

i found the handling good, but a little soft. when it was on the track, it had the front 30mm sway, stock rear sway, and superlows n gt gas shocks. iv since cut the soft part of the spring out n fatter rear sway bar, so im hoping the rear end doesnt float around quite so much, the way it was, it was very very tankslappy, but i used that to my advantage in a way as it was heavily underpowered due to the donk being built for a turbo but not having one yet. but im expecting it to be much more stable with better turn in as i havent driven it with the new setup including the balljointed swaybar links. still building the turbo bits for then engine, so its all out of the car.

What box are you going to run with your turbo set up, all vr/s are very floaty. My old vs was lowered and it floated bad, i done pretty much what you have said and it help alot, And with engine work it stop alot of floating, My irs vr how ever wasn't as bad. Atm its running upgraded links, A thicker sway bar, Ultra lows and a 4 camber kit, it know even now with a stock motor and half clapped auto sinks extremely well on corner's. Are the ball joint style links worth the money

i havent driven the ball joint links yet. and i got them free off nolathane as a trial thing. iv still gotta give them some feedback! lol the reason i changed, i was using the normal S links with the nolathane bushes, and kept splitting them. so i changed to rubber and kept splitting them. so i complained and they gave me a free set of ball joint style. so im hoping that my splitting bush problem is history.

iv got a toyota corona 4speed waiting to go in. thats one of the things stopping me putting the combo in the car, is the bellhousing, $610.00 worth! but iv finally saved up enough to order it tomorrow. so im hoping, that by the end of next week that it will be ready to go into the car! yay!

when i say floaty, as far as outright handling it was very solid. but when the rear came out, coz it was softer in the rear, it tended to pull the front over as well. you can sorta see in my avatar pic what im talking about. normal "grip" style driving was really stable but oversteer was floaty. shouldnt be now but :)
