Hi im sure this has been asked before but for some reason the search wont work on the work computer.

Ive managed to get a hold of a Supercharged VS Calais thats has been written off. Its been sitting for 2 years but the motor still turns so im gonna rebuild it before putting it in my Ute. What i wanna know is what you guys recommend for internal upgrades that dont cost a fortune while the engine is apart such as Cams etc.

    Any help would be appreciated

Get a nice Cam and some Rockers to suit the cam. Contact Steve from Mace for this, great guy and he will be able to help you out. Apart from that just a Double Row timing chain, heavy duty valve springs. Then just a tune to suit it all. Without touching the Pistons and crank you can't really do too much more.
