im converting mine back to n/a to get regd bit quicker and have just got a cooler so shouldntbe too long til its on the road.

im keen to see how far u can push the sc14 with a cooler and proper tune.
thers one guy running 12s with one on a buick 3.8 V6, so you should be able to get some nice numbers out of it.

Good stuff man, I wasn't aware it was even off the road? Shouldn't have to much trouble I hope.

I think I saw a picture of that 3.8 running a SC14, real clean show car? I'm setting my goal low, 150rwkw, that way I wont be dissapointed haha.

Joe, the machinist who I asked to fabricate the pulley called me up yesterday saying to come down for a test fit. All looked good and I picked up a belt on the way home, Joe did a top notch job on the pulley and it seems to be a real winner so far. The pulley can be reversed and allows a 8psi setting (93mm) and a 11psi setting (85mm), 6 hex key bolts hold it to the original splined face.

Here's a pic, now I've got all the bits, just have to pipe it up!

I put the Nolathane gear in last weekend too, it handles like a gokart now. Just a few clunks still bothering me, probably tie rods or balls.

Cheers guys!

Had some time tonight to mess around with the new gauges. I'm mounting these 3 in front of the shifter where the slot is for sunnies ect, its a tight squeeze. Might go finish the wiring tonight depending on level of cbf-ness.

Cheers mate, the surround is just 3mm mdf with black vinyl stretched over it. Very easy to make.

I'm having a lot of trouble with the oil pressure sender though. I get 0psi at idle and 10psi at 5k. An old mechanic gauge reads 25psi at idle, and when I unscrew the sender unit and put nitrous into it (compressor is out of action, it was all I had under pressure :p) the gauge reads 60psi.

So its like it only stuffs up when the sender casing earths against the block through the brass fittings. Been checking wiring and screwing around with earths all night! :bang:
