Could be anything lol. But it sounds like it's hesitating under high throttle load which would indicate to me possible spark plugs or coil packs at first glance. But could be other issues.

I have similar issue when my Super6 when its cold ATM, drive great when warm ;)
Where I do know the LIM gaskets need replacing, as I haven't done them yet, due to its not a 5 minute job,
Also check for any vacuum leaks, that will cause the same fault,
as I found the OEM vacuum hoses had split/perished on the plastic fittings they connected to that connected to other hoses.
I replaced ALL the vacuum hoses and it helped, but the LIM gadgets are next.
Also if you get a chance, lift your bonnet in a DARK area, and see if you have a Christmas Tree under there,
that is a sure sign of Plugs and Leads, but be careful poking around under bonnet in the dark, especially with a Super6 with the pulley up high.

Thanks for that Shane, I have replaced the coils & plugs, The car performs fine if I ease down on the throttle, once I get to about 20kph.. no issue, only happens if I floor it from a standing start.

Hi Krusing, Those vacuum hoses are a pest... I"ve had to replace some of mine due brittleness, What are LIM gadgets? I'll try checking for sparks in the next evening.

Vs s3 ute
Check for fault codes, could be a stuffed throttle position sensor.
