Factory item is 6psi.

The one you want is 87mm(10psi).You cannot go any further than this untuned or the motor will pull timing and you loose power even though you have more boost.

Where you located?

s/charged v6 HR Holden, s/charged v6 EH Holden,
thats correct, 88mm dia is the go , for 10psi . Standard Boost is about 7psi. But at least put extractors & decent exhaust on it too.

I made 156rwkw with just exhaust and 14psi, the car ran fine, but if you plan on doing the 1:9 roller rockers get 10psi, as im now make 159rwkw with 10psi

14psi is to much uncooled.

10psi or 87mm is the max you should go uncooled, dosent matter if its tuned or not as the charger will heat up the air far to much and the motor will pull timing to try and save its self.
It dosent matter if your car ran fine you would have made more power by just increasing the pulley size.

ran fine for 6 months hammering the piss outta it. made 144rwkw with exhaust n 10psi, 156rwkw with exhaust n 14psi.

I would only use a 14psi pulley uncooled with cat back exhaust if you DO NOT plan on doing any more mods. If you wanna use 1:9 rocker etc buy a 10psi untill you get a intercooler. Im currently on 10psi and waiting for either incooler and tune or a V8

aslo how do people go about intercooling there supercharger? or would you need to get a upgrade?

This has been dont to death, more than 10psi or 87mm and you ARE doing damage to your motor. If you have a few mods eg exhaust, rockers or cam you might get away with 12psi but you realy tempting fate.
Do yourself a favour and get on to l67torque and have a read there.

You clearly have no idea everything you have said is the complete opposite of what you should do.

first how much power do you want?? there are many options but you first need to work out what you want.

exhaust is always a good idea as is a good air filter

I reccomend upgrading the catback exhaust to a twin 2 1/4" or single 3" if you dont mind the noise. Some MACE $475 1.9 Rockers will top it off.Make sure you run 98 octane fuel.If you havent upgraded the CAI then add a MACE or my preference BYE Performance enclosed setup,if money is tight then a Lukey panel filter(Ebay)$40 will suffice, you can also cut a large opening in the lower front section of the standard airbox.Extractors are not needed yet.

As far as injectors go you will be fine untill you intercool/tune the beast.Standard items are 36lb Bosch injectorsknown as "white tops".

Now intercooling gives you two options,Air2Air or Water2Air setup.Ill try and be simple with the descriptions.

Air2Air=Lower manifold/blower temps, less of a stealth look under bonnet, more blower wine, tad more torque, bonnet needs some trimming(liner ect,no holes though only minor),firewall needs massaging a little for Ubend to clear,K-frame spacers avoid this somewhat, needs a tune to run. There are a few other small things(42lb injectors and MAFLESS consideration)

Water2Air=Higher manifold/blower temps, stealth under bonnet, easier install, lower cost,no body mods needed,no tune needed either with gains had straight away.

Air2Air has imo become the better way to intercool the L67 but has the problem with sticking out like dogs balls and the blower wine is incredible,I could live with that though.

Sign up at L67torque.com and get "all" the info you need from people with plenty of runs on the board.

As far as the pulley go's see the site sponser Steve(MACE) for one of his items or alternatively BYE Performance,Yella Terra(if in stock).Avoid FIT and V6superchargedperformance(same people).
