Check my ruler measurements again. The raised part is 95mm, not 100mm. I want this to work for you first time, no wastage

What do you reckon the thickness is through the middle and in total?? Ive got around 27-30mm in the middle bit??

I reckon Im going to do a 3d printed plastic template to start with. We've got a 3d printer at the library a couple of kms away for trial fit...

The outer bolts, bolt to the caliper bracket and the inner bolts to the spindle...
