SV6 Air Conditioning - Heating Fail

Well the old girl is getting on and noticed today that when I cranked the heating up on the a/c, all I got was coldish air.
The cooling seems to be working well, just not the heating.

Anyone had issues with this? What's the fix and what's the cost?

Your air conditioner isn't reverse cycle.

Sounds like the heater core could be clogged up? Or one of the hoses. If you have the AC on basically it brings cold air from the AC. If you have the AC and heater on, it still brings that cold air from the AC, but it also passes it through the heater core, so it will never be as hot as just the heater. But if the heater core or a hose is blocked up then the coolant from the engine isn't flowing through and heating it up, and when the air passes by it doesn't get warm, just stays cold.
