SV6 Badges

Ah thanks for that tins, unsure myself. On silver polished wouldn't look at all too bad on it looking at getting the rear boot garnish as well down the track so it won't stick out.. maybe a satin finish? Dunno are the current badges stainless?

no they're just plastic and chrome effect paint, with a coloured inlay. I think polished would look pretty good. Satin wouldn't weather well in this instance.

Oh really? well having said that I couldn't imagine the cost of making these wouldn't be too out there.. Then again I shouldn't get my hopes up

Wouldn't be worth making plastic ones for such a short run (unless you can source someone already making them). I don't imagine CNC jobs would be too exorbitant.

i put two "sv6" badges on the actual side skirt where you see the "clubsport" badge just under the rear door on both sides looked alright, but one fell off so i took it off. ill try to find photos

I'd be interested to see how that would look, I haven't been onto this since I first posted this thread I have been in talks with relo and a mate of mine but niether one has made a commitment to this. I know of a laser cutter near airport west might pop in to enquire about it.

I think it would look better if the hole badge was silver

I was toying with the idea of putting thunder badges on the side like the utes.

I didn't see a problem with it, as there pretty much exactly the same car.

I wouldn't put SS badges on a SV6, but thunder badge seemed ok to me.

I have very mixed responces. What do you guys think
