Mite just go with the supercharger intercooler and dyno for 11k for 400kw seems like alot of money and effort for the other option and reason for not selling and buying a ss is I havnt paid this off yet so to sell this I pay off the loan and I have to start from scratch again and standard as comes at 270kw so I'm still winning on power

Just leave it alone...
You are planning thousands of dollars worth of mods on a car that you still owe money on...
By the time you do it all and pay it all off the car will be worth **** all...

Let him go. We've all been there. You'll do all the work and by the time you've paid it off your bored with it so sell it for a massive loss.

400kw from a 3.6 sounds optimistic given the LSA outputs the same with a lot more displacement.

Beat me to it. I don't see how the figures add up either.

He did say at the engine.. 3.6L at one bar would be equivalent to 7.2L NA..

just a question on what the internals can handle, dynamic compression can be adjusted with the advantage of variable valve timing.. all sounds doable with some smart tuning..

alot easier with more displacement though.

OEM LSA sedan start at $55k (ute $70k). There is a modified maloo with LSA for <$60k and there is probably an SS with LSA for less. Plenty of supercharged L77, LS3 going around which will be cheaper again, much better options than a ridic sv6. If you were a performance shop or stupidly rich Id say go ahead otherwise its a waste of time and money.

You won’t get a reliable 400kw out of one. Especially since they’re high compression from factory.

You’d also need to run e85 which means you’ll absolutely chew through the fuel and it’s not the easiest to get either.

LSA supposedly makes 8 psi which equates to 9.62L NA to make 400kw at the engine.. the v6 would have to be a lot more efficient.
