Toyota Corolla
Hi there
I purchased my first commodore in November and went from a 2002 1.6L Toyota Corolla to a 2013 SV6.
I was wondering if it is normal to feel a very slight vibration both in the steering wheel and behind the front passenger seat when sitting there?
It doesn't vibrate at all on idle and a friend said it may just be road vibration or engine vibration. Is this normal for these cars? It has done about 125,000kms.
I had wheel alignment, tyres, suspension and brakes all checked and it has a full service history but was wondering if there is anything else I should be checking or if it is completely normal? When my partner drives it she doesn't notice anything and like I said it is very slight but would rather be safe than sorry.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could be the Donut couplings. [Front and Rear]
You said tyres checked,
Do they have any air bubbles in them ?
Or
the Disks may need machining.

When do you feel it the most?
whilst accelerating;
Whilst braking;
Whilst coasting without accelerating or braking.

Thanks very much
It is a very slight vibration and then on occasions when driving it feels like a grind or something coming from the floor. It is only very faint. Sometimes can feel under braking after feeling this. Like I said could just be road vibration as never had a commodore before or this large an engine so totally unsure

The Brake Disks may be warped, or scored, [worn uneven]
Which will make the brakes pulsate, in which will feel like its vibrating or similar.

Could be the engine mounts? They're known to cause vibration through the wheel and also from either side the mount has failed from ...
