You'll need everything from the donor car.
Engine, loom, dash, ECU. Probably the engine mounts too.

Someone will be able to help you more

The exhaust should bolt up.

You can run a manual box behind a supercharged 6 (L67) however the flywheel will need to be mirror balanced to the flex plate from the L67 engine.

As for the wiring, you can get away without having to swap looms :D

The main catch is that you'll have to get a custom tune done and that you have to run the VR inlet tem sensor, swap over the knock sensors (I think) and lengthen sections of the loom for various items etc. All in all the job should take a little longer then a normal engine swap, where as if you change the loom the job becomes a lot bigger.

I've done this conversion myself, except it was an auto ecotec into a VR auto. Drove well without a tune, in your case though it will definitely need a tune

Hope this helps

Cheers,
Steve
