swap VN and VR rear axle?

    LS1 VN + WK Grange 0010 + HPW VX SS
    VN V6 and VR V8.. what's needed to swap the axles over?

    Minispool into the VN open centre ----> into VR 5L

    LSD from VR ------> into VN V6


    Simple swap??

    the whole diffs? just the axles or just the centers?

    whole diff is easy enough as long as both are solid.
    changing centres requires a lot more skill and money for parts.
    wap the whole diff is by far the easiest.

    As mentioned if both solid axle just swap the whole thing disc to disc, easiest way.

    OK wasn't sure if the VR one was longer because of the pumped guards.

    I'll swap the entire lot over if it's that easy.

    Never done rear discs, I assume I'll have to change them over as they're different sizes..? Are they different sizes? VN s1 V6 and VR BT1 5L

    No it's the same, like I said just swap the whole thing. Unbolt the tailshaft, disconnect the brake lines and unbolt the suspention components.
