hi does anyone know if I would be able to unbolt a v6 supercharger out of a series 1 Stateman and bolt it straight on to a 3.8 v6 engine from a Berina 99 model.
Or would it be better to just pull the whole engine and trans out and do a complete swap that way.

Complete swap would be the easiest option. The heads on the L67 are different so you would have to swap them over. Also gearbox is different also (different torque converter for a start)

Not to mention the compression ratio is different between the two engines. You'd need to have it tuned if you did a top swap to the regular 3.8.

I thought the Barina is a 4 cylinder job or was there a V6 version?
