whats needed to put sway bars into my car & how much roughly sorry if this is already posted but i have to go to work & no time to search thanks guys

you can also get kits from whiteline for around $300 for front and rear sway bars, depending on what diameter you get.
they're not that hard to fit either, so if you had to account for labour i couldnt see it being more than $100.

On VT - VZ you have to drop the front end for the front sway bar. If you have a close look you will see the the front sway bar goes over top of the K frame. Alot of work and about $60 -$80 more labour then a VS etc. Rear isn't too bad you could do yourself if you were bored.

got one of ebay for $70 and when to my local pedders and they fitted it 4 $35, so for $35 i thought it was easer and safer only took them hour

forgot to add i could not belive the diffrence it made it was like i had super glue on all four tyers Verry happy and would Recommend it

are we talking about a strut brace? think its the same.... anyway yeh the genuine holden ones off ebay are like $20 more expensive than the ones direct from holden.
and yeh if you want a whiteline one go to a suspension place, coz i went to wa suspensions and they quoted me like $160 for a whiteline one that retails for nearly $300.

no, a strut brace is completely different. the car already has sway bars, they are part of the suspension, but you can (like most things) buy better larger diameter ones which improve the handling.
