Hey guys,

Just wanted find out whether anyone is using Boost 98 from UNITED. I am currently using V POWER previously Optimax (SHELL). They freaking changed the name to V POWER (so gay) and put up the price by 15cents???????
I have a Supercharged V6 and just wanna find out whther it is a good idea to change to BOOST 98 from United?

Anyone done this?

Thanks

I found no difference between using Caltex Vortex and Caltex Vortex 98. Stay with the premium equivalant (Save some cash)

There is a shell and a caltex right next to each other. And i always get more out of a tank when i fill up at Caltex. Shell is over rated (Optimax included). Although they must be doing something right for the V8 Supercars to be using it.

Wouldn't their cars be tuned to run on Opitmax?

I use to only run my car on Vortex. I have since changed to boost 98 and it runs a lot better - bit more response and good spark on start up - I've used boost 98 for the past 6 months and I am very happy with it. I've run BP ultimate and optimax in it previously and they are no better then boost 98 in my opinion.
