Most times when i put the clutch in,the gearboz starts making a weird noise and i get a strong vibration on the gear stick,it all goes when i let the clutch back out. The car still drives ok but i dont want to stuff the gear box, whats its problem?

You will need to replace the oil. Or at the very least top it up. A thinner grade should suffice.....

If it goes away when you let the clutch up, that would indicate that is a clutch problem and not gearbox related. You could have a thrust bearing failing...or the pilot bearing ....or the clutch pressure plate distorted....or the driven plate distorted.
I'd get it up on a hoist and have a look....if that's not possible I'd take it to a clutch specialist or a driveline mechanic for their opinion. I wouldn't leave it too long as you can bet your bottom dollar it won't get better.

    Dex2 ATF in a WC t5.

Gearbox needs to come out. Check release bearing and spigot bearing. But probably best to take it to somebody who knows what they are doing (like a mechanic). As Hako said, its not going to get better by its self, but will probably get much, much worse if you leave it.

Pretty much what hako said^^^^. I cant see the oil being the issue, but hey its cheap to rule out.

As above, vibrations are bad. They shorten the life of everything, so get it checked asap.
