i had 1 replaced in my vh & it was not an easy job my mates dad was a mechanic so he put it in & he said that you have to mark a line on both pieces with a paint pen so that they go back together with the lines matching back up.

i had a slight vibration between 60-70km/hr and found it to be worn unis and cv joint etc.

instead of doing just what was worn i just took it to a tailshaft mob and they simply took it off and reconditioned the lot, balanced it and put it back on for $380 complete. like brand new
