Might not be what you are asking but to get Siri hands free you need to hold the voice reco button on the steering wheel for a few seconds. Tapping it just uses normal voice command but when you hold it longer you'll hear the siri double beep. When this happens you can do voice to text and set calendar entries etc.

I know this only because my mate told me. It doesn't seem to be anywhere in the manual.

Go to the dealer and ask them to show you. After spending that much money they can at least have the decency to do that.
