VS Acclaim V6 Ecotec
Hey everyone sorry if been asked I did search. I have just recently purchased a 2010 VE Omega Factory Dual Fuel. Its only done just under 50k kms and want to make sure it lasts. What sort of ratio should I be looking at for a tank or petrol per how many tanks of gas. I used to have a VY Acclaim and was told 4 gas then 1 fuel but dont know what ratio with this car.
Cheers guys

Just drive it on straight gas thats what I do....THey start on petrol in the morning anyway so your injectors wont foul up.... The factory lpg engines are designed to run on lpg anyway over fuel

I do about 600kms a week and with the start on petrol probally do about 30kms on petrol, I do one trip to work on petrol a week(30kms also) so about 10% on petrol

I do run 98 though.

Factory fitted with harden valve seats etc so running gas all the time is fine

2012 VE SV6 (LPG)
I had a dual fuel Lumina, and only ran LPG. The fuel used during startup was all the fuel it used.

No issues during the 60,000km I had it :)
