Looking at wreckers to try n find a 69mm TB, other than measuring the inside diameter, is there a way to tell the diference? Like very obvious. As i lookin for cheap upgrade til can rebuy brand new.

    And

What car would have stock twin piston calipers as looking at cheap brake upgrade. Ive heard a few VTs have them standard.

all VT's have twin piston, you will also need the master cylinder customer brake lines hub spacers adaptor for the VT master cylinder to vs booster
for the hassle you are better off getting the VE upgrade or for a cheap upgrade just get some slotted rotors and some good pads

The 69mm TB is not a standard item but is modified by various companies so I do not think you will have much luck in finding one at the wreckers

A quick search will yield U with a shiton of threads on brake upgrades. Ve brakes are U best option. Never use cheap and brakes in the same sentence!

The only way to tell a 69mm thrott is open the butterfly an see if the hump is missing. Other than that u'll have to measure. I don't like ur chances finding one at a wreckers but U never know.
