Lol seatbelts are my go to for lifting motors, love them. I definitely plan on retaining the cruise control, hopefully it's just a simple matter of getting the cable hooked up and it'll work, but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. Getting it running and driving is the priority for now.

So very minor update.

Car is still being worked on, the Christmas/New Year period halted things plus I got ####ed around by the place I had ordered my wiring loom from so after having enough this week it's getting made by another place.

The good news however is I got my radiator so I have a shiny thing to post pictures of. It's a custom 55mm Alloy Rad by Race Radiators with AU fans.

The next few weeks should see some real progress.

It's on the road but I'm not going to do an update just yet because there are a lot of things that are temporarily done just to drive it and see if there are any things that need changing/fixing. Then I'll start actually finalizing things and post pics/updates.

Good to see you got it on the road mate. Sort the air con compressor side of things out yet. Thats all i got to do on mine for now and finish iof the intake just been enjoying it the last 2 months. Wish i done it earlier. such a nice conversions

Nah haven't looked into AC yet, weather is changing anyway so I might put it off a bit longer

Did you use the pacemaker extractors ?
If so how much of a bitch were yours around the steering rack and fuel lines
