So havent got the 5L tuned properly via dizzy? Its actually not a hard task to do.. bridge 5 and 6 pin, start up car (having timing light connected first) and time it to 10 degrees. 16 degrees at most. It can be a pain if its out a tooth...

Nah it hasnt, I hooked a timing light up to it with the pins bridged and couldnt get it to fire up, like it wanted to but it just wouldnt fire. It surprisingly doesnt run too badly considering it hasnt been tuned properly

yeah maybe, will have another look on the weekend at the timing.

Wheel alignment done, drives so nice now, replacing pretty much everything has made a huge difference. Next is an exhaust and tune!

Messed around with the timing today and set it to about 10 degrees and took it for a drive around the block, runs a lot better now and doesn't seem to want to stall when going from reverse to drive now. Now it just stalls when you put it into park and wont idle when its first started without a little bit of throttle, but it runs better and idles better. Still needs to be tuned so will organise that very soon hopefully!

Did you adjust it with pins 5 and 6 bridged?

Yeah I did, its probably because of the different cam that it does it and I still need a proper tune to suit
