then you could put some kind of grease into it which may just not have been done at install.

If you wish to continue with sprays maybe a white lithium spray instead.

WD-40 also make one of those, but i dunno, that's more of a metal to metal - i guess it could work?

I was going to say white lithium spray. It is persistent and won’t come off but it’s higher viscosity so it won’t seep into rubber bushes etc. Best way is to use white lithium spray on assembly (or pull it apart and spray it).

Gonna pull it apart tomorrow and grease it all up, altho might accidentally forget to put it back on and be rolling on each corner...

I'll get a vid clip incorporating audio tomorrow as this has to be heard, it's an embarrassment...

I've encountered this issue also...
Tried several different types of bushes.....
Lots of different types of lubricant/spray/grease..
I noticed under bush, paint worn off, down to bare shiny metal.....

I wrapped Teflon tape around the bar a few times, then
put back in bushes...

No more bloody noise...
Lasted 2 years so far..

I win!!

Has the car ever had a crash and panel repair or front mechanical parts changed due to the crash?
