So with all these facebook buy and sell pages these days I see so many idiots offering to swap stupid or random items for cars for sale even though they're worth like 10x more than whats being offered to swap.
When I was trying to sell one of my old commo's I got offered some crummy little thumpster motor bike that wouldnt even start and another guy offered me a dodgey iphone, what have you been some of the things people have offered to swap you? Include screen shots of messages if you have some for the lolz

Earlier in the year when I was selling the VS even though I said cash only no swaps I was offered a rusty ford laser with no motor and cash his way.

Now those who knew my VS knew it was in great condition and was up for sale for around $2k.

One of my mates has an ea ford for sale, on gas, runs well, with rego for $800, he was offered to pick it up right then and there at 11pm for $400, he was promptly hung up on.

I was trying to sell my old wb ute, new 308, caprice front and gts dash, good rego for $3800, would've happily taken $3000, I'd already spent $7k on it recently before that, settled for $3k and some bloke gave me a $2500 deposit and told me to get it road worthied for him, would've prolly cost me $1500 to do, I told him to shove it and sold it in pieces.

one guy txt me at 2am would i let him pay it off at $15 a week and swap a daewoo unrego'd
he asked again 2 day's later when i didn't bother responding.
I think he got the hint when i failed to respond to that one either.
My ad stated clearly i wanted to sell for money to put my next car on the road. still got an offer of an old ef taxi on gas but with a t5 in it (supposed to be rare, i dont see how it'd be hard to shoehorn a t5 into a falcon tbh)

This was on gumtree, i learn't, only allow email replies. don't allow a mobile number... u get txt's at 2am!
