Wow... Finally got through it all!
First off - Love those wheels, they look killer, and the stance it had when you first put them on looked sweet as, had a bit of rake to it - oldschool style!
Spewing about that front lip, but looks like you've got it sussed.
Have you got the bearings yet?!

And you gotta paint the front end, (and roof) before the motor goes back in/it gets back on the road.. :p lol,

welded the trigger wheel onto the pulley, and whacked some paint on it, painted the waterpump pulley aswell, but that ran a bit, so i'll probably redo it

Mmmm..... pretty block :)

100 rupees should go a long way to getting that bar on your car - I'd be happy enough with that.

can i give some advice with the pulleys? get a heat gun, heat up the pulleys nice and warm then layer the paint on thick as f.. then hold the heat gun about 500mm from the pulley and the can about 300mm so you are spraying paint into the hot wind gusts, it kinda dries and the dried bts stick to the first layer of paint.

that way it builds up nice and thick, if its enamel paint its strong as hell and itll be really shiny. oh and it NEVER runs this way cos its dry by the time it hits the pulley.
