Pretty similar to the BSC one I linked a few pages back. Good for storing powder and **** in. That pic above. Def better at 96kg. His arms are popping a bit more as well.
For day to day life, 96kg For summer or some reason to be shredded, 91kg. 91kg pic is nowhere near shredded enough for comp though :/

Form > Weight, ass all the way down. Pyramid sets up to hit max strength and keep high volume of weight to create hypertrophy/muscle growth. 12 x 20kg (bar - warmup) 12 x 60kg (warmup) 8 x 100kg 8 x 120kg 8 x 140kg 7 x 160kg 6 x 170kg Boom!
damn hama thats alot of sets. good work though video is animal spec i told gym mate i wanna add deadlifts so we started last night. warmed up on some leg extensions (i dont work legs due to knee problems) was deadliftin 60kg x 10 over 3 sets. for some thats real light weight but my legs felt like jelly after it lol gunna start a 10 week cycle next. eating more protein foods and no deepfried stuff and train like we use too.
Deadlifts and leg extensions will help strengthen your knees along with squats Deadlifts is always best to start reallly light and get the form A+ and then start adding weight/reps. 60kg x10 x 3 is still a good set for a first time deadlift set!
Dudes, bros and homos. I can get smartshakes for $15 a pop, but only in the yellow and orange. Let me know if anyone wants them, and i'll work out some cheap postage via work.
This mornings weigh in came in at 101.9Kg. I was impressed! It's given me motivation to work harder now. I bought a treadmill during the week so I'm going to hit it for an hour in the morning before breakfast and work. Hopefully 95Kg is on the cards at Christmas time but even if it isn't it won't drag me down because I've made massive improvements on what I was not even 3 months ago.
So who's gotta a good guide/video for deadlifts. I really wanna start doing them. But Ive had back problems before so I dont want to do any damage. Havnt been game enough to try yet.
audio is a bit poo on this one but its good.. elliot is no bs trainer. there is a bunch more vids out there. Def recommend getting a copy of Riptoe's Starting Strength book/ebook. Amazon should have it like $10.
Had my first workout in 3 years tonight. Feeling pretty good and what better way to start by doing legs.
ok so I have gained 3kg which is pretty big for me since for the last 6 or so years I have stayed at 62kg (MAX) and since I started tafe I have been binging a bit but was in denial. This morning I finally faced the scales and did not like the outcome. I have decided I am going to cut back my food and maybe even attempt an hour jog/run in the morning before I go to tafe (thinking get up around 4:50 come back at ~6 hopefully after tafe finishes I get a 2 month holiday before work then I can go all out 6 days a week. it would be much easier if I had someone to motivate me
How tall are you?? , at your age I'm guessing early 20's I wouldn't sweat putting on 3 kegs , running will drop fairly quickly if you worried though . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
When your first starting, waking early is VERY hard to do. Seriously hard. Running isn't something i'd suggest right away either since you'll be very stop/start, which can get alittle dissapointing for some people. Do you have a push bike? Thats always a good start because it's fun, time seems shorter, and has less impact on your joints. Or you can lift. I'd lift over everything. And for the love of god don't cut back your food. Just eat more clean foods!!
ye I forgot to mention sorry guys I am 19, 165cm. I get up at 5:45 for tafe anyway (get up earlier now automatically with no alarm since I am use to it) So lifting in the morning would be good for me aswell?
I lift in the morning (5-30 start at the gym) and find it a great way to start the day. More awake and raring to go when I get to work.
