    Just got back from chest and tri's

    Incline db bench 20, 27.5, 32.5, 32.5
    Flat bb bench 60, 80, 90, 80
    incline raise Superset with peck deck
    decline raises Superset with pushups
    incline bench machine superset with self weighted dips

    Seated above head tricep rasises
    Rope pulldowns superset with v bar pulldowns
    Reverse grip pull downs superset with tricep dip machine.

    Abs loop
    lieing leg rasies with 3kg weight
    side to side oblique workout
    leg extensions
    broom stick rotatey thingy mabob lol

    do three sets of that

    Then lastly 10 minute incline walk 15degree 5 speed with 3 minute warmdown

    Put simply IM WRECKED!

    Progress after 3 days. (been a good 18 months since my last decent sesh)
    I also have a new found respect for all the teens that take photos of themselves in mirrors! not as easy as you would think HAHA

    Week off and then into a new program.

    Looking at some exercises to give more width/girth to the bicep. The height isnt too bad, just think the bicep needs to be wider. Anyone recommend any good exercises. Trying to keep the diet in check and have at least 6 meals a day.

    Still cant seem to reach 95kg, sitting around 92kg at the moment. Routine consists off supersetting a couple of exercises and doing 5x5 for all exercises, with 1 -2 min rest in between, with some stretching. Week consists of legs on tues, chect & tris on wed, day off on thurs, shoudlers on fri, back & bicep on sat and sun and mon are days off. Routine works best with work schedule, as a lot of the time i travel on thurs. Most days are about 6 - 8 exercises in the routine.

    Alternating Hammer Curls
    Close Grip EZ Bar Curls
    Machine Preacher Curls
    Reverse Barbell Curls
    Spider Curls
    Wide Grip Standing Barbell Curls.

    My understanding of muscle shaping regarding biceps/abs/chest/quads ect is that it is mostly your genes which determine this. Although I have heard of bodybuilders getting masseuses to repeatedly tear and reshape a muscle so that it heals differently and overtime it just stays like that (ouch).

    Well got a blend over the weekend so going to try and add some oats to my protien shake for brekky (to add some complex carbs) anyone else do this and any tips on making it taste good?

    PT session tonight cant wait.

    Benched 90kg last night. Have been doing 80kg over 3 sets and felt its time to lift. Bugger 5kg lift i went 10kg!. Grabbed it thought light?. Down and up not bad. Repeat it here we go its heavy now not so many reps. But i was happy after warming up with dumbbells getting that in, 15x15-x2 and 35x8-x2. After the 90kg i went back to 3 sets of 80, followed this time by 2 sets of 60. Something to work on but its moving up.

    just got back from the gym. doing a 5x5 style routine at the moment, but training alone so it's hard to really push the higher weights.

    barbell squat
    deadlift
    hamstring curl
    calf raise
    seated calf raise
    hanging leg raise
