I'm over my 6 week phase of max weight low reps...

Starting a new phase of more intense weight training... Just say for back exercises like the seated lat pull down:

I start off on 107, pull down as many reps as I can
get up change it to 87, more reps no rest
57 more reps, no rest
37 more reps no rest...

I have never sweated so much doing a weights only work out.

There's the motivation right there ^^

Get into it boys. Self discipline and setting your mind to it is the key. Anything is possible, if you set your mind to it, your body will make it a reality. The only enemy in weight lifting is not the wall you hit, it's your mind telling you you can't. Change your attitude and your mindset and go out and make your dream a reality.

Squatted 140kg today, Deadlifted 185kg, Step-Up Lunges - 90kg!

I love it, won't be able to walk up stairs for 2-3 days, totally worth it though, especially after reading the motivation above!
Gotta show the missus, just so she knows......

Weird Question, but something alot of muscle gainers come across.....Does anyone else get big stretch marks in their armpits going out across their bi's?

I do and it's annoying! Any ways to combat this?

I get them too--- I look at it as my skin stretching because the muscles underneath are getting massive, so I'm ok with it. Lol
